Duties : -
- Plans, organizes, and controls all functions regarding the receipt of printing requests and the preparation of production job tickets
- Assigns work to the appropriate personnel, ensures that customer printing requisitions meet State budget parameters
- Reviews work and sets up quality checks to ensure accuracy
- Assists personnel in any problems arising from printing requests
- Ensures that all printing meets appropriate style and manner criteria and is consistent with standard printing practice
- Meets with customers as needed
- Responds to inquiries
- Works closely with production departments, Production Control and Material Control to ensure the efficient processing of work
- Prepares reports and maintains records
- Makes equipment and process recommendations to appropriate levels of management and perform other related duties are required.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years working experience in related field
- Have good printing press operating skills and machine knowledge
- Able to work overtime and night shift
- Able to work independent
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
