Qualifications & experience
Tasks & responsibilities
- Customer Service: Interacting with customers, answering inquiries, taking orders, and providing assistance with printing options and services.
- Prepress Operations: Preparing digital files for printing, including checking file formats, resolution, color mode, and ensuring proper alignment and bleeds.
- Printing Operations: Operating printing equipment such as digital printers, offset printers, large format printers, and screen printing machines to produce various printed materials like business cards, brochures, posters, banners, etc.
- Quality Control: Inspecting printed materials for defects, color accuracy, and overall quality, and making adjustments to the printing process as needed.
- Maintenance and Repair: Performing routine maintenance tasks on printing equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating repairs with equipment technicians when necessary.
- Continuous Learning: Staying updated on advancements in printing technology, software, and techniques through training programs, workshops, and industry publications to enhance skills and knowledge.
