PharmEng Technology is seeking a Process Design Engineer to support our pharmaceutical and life sciences projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in AutoCAD and a comprehensive understanding of process design principles in GMP-regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed process designs, including equipment layouts, workflows, Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), in compliance with GMP, GEP, and GLP standards.

• Conduct process evaluations, including capacity assessments, utility and energy consumption analysis, and bottleneck identification to drive process improvements.

• Analyze technical data related to process design and utility systems to monitor performance and implement optimization strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related CAD software tools.

• Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles and regulatory guidelines (GMP, GEP, GLP).

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and resolve design-related issues.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Diploma in Architecture, or a related technical field.
