教育要求Education Requirement:

1. 本科及以上学历，药品、化学、食品、生物等相关专业； Bachelor degree or above, major in medicine, chemistry, food, biology, etc.;
2. 1年以上工作经验，日化行业优先考虑。More than 1 year working experience, daily chemical industry is preferred; 
3. 较强的跨部门沟通协调能力。Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination ability.

4.精通办公软件（MS Office）。Proficient in MS Office.

5.语言：英语、华语、马来语 Languages: English, Chinese, Malay

6．其他：可适应加班，创新能力强，责任心强，无色盲。Others: Can adapt to overtime work, innovation ability, strong sense of responsibility, no color blindness.
三、工作职责Job Activities：

1. 制定初步中试方案并进行中试，根据中试结果及设备情况编写生产工艺并下发给生产,确保产品可正常生产；Develop the preliminary pilot study and conduct the pilot test, prepare the production process according to the pilot test results and equipment conditions and send it to production dep. to ensure the production of products;
2. 跟进及指导新配方大货首三批生产，指导生产人员掌握工艺流程/技术，确保生产稳定；Follow up and guide the first three batches of production of new formula bulk goods, guide production personnel to master the process/technology, and ensure stable production;
3. 负责对生产进行半成品调色及理化指标（pH、粘度等）调节的指导；Responsible for the production of semi-finished product color and physical and chemical indicators (pH, viscosity, etc.) adjustment guidance;
4. 建立生产现场工艺制度并定期巡查，及时反馈巡查情况并跟进改善结果，保障生产现场符合工艺制度要求；Establish the process system of the production site and conduct regular inspections, timely feedback the inspection situation and follow up the improvement results to ensure that the production site meets the requirements of the process system.
5. 主导公共系统的运行，如纯水处理系统等；Lead the operation of public systems, such as pure water treatment systems;
6. 负责所有与内容物接触的设备、储罐以及工器具的清洗消毒方法的制定并形成SOP；Responsible for the development of cleaning and disinfection methods for all equipment, storage tanks and utensils in contact with the contents and the formation of SOP;
7. 协调生产各类异常，及时分析/测试并制定异常处理方案，指导异常处理并制定预防纠正措施，必要时进行相应的工艺优化，避免再次出现此类异常；Coordinate all kinds of abnormal production, analyze/test and formulate abnormal treatment plan in time, guide abnormal treatment and formulate preventive and corrective measures, and carry out corresponding process optimization when necessary to avoid quality issue.
8. 工艺技术支持和改善，包括设备选型和生产布局评审，工艺相关资料提供，优化并验证生产工艺，开展IE/QCC等改善项目，达到降本增效、节能减排、效率提升、品质改善等目标；Responsible for process technical support and improvement, including equipment selection and production layout review, process related data provision, optimization and verification of production processes, participation in and implementation of IE/QCC and other improvement projects, to achieve cost reduction and efficiency, energy saving and emission reduction, efficiency improvement, quality improvement and other goals;
9. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务，确保相关事项按时完成。Complete other tasks assigned by superiors and ensure that related matters are completed on time.
