Job Overview:
Full ownership of module indicators such as Quality, Yield, Process SPC, Product Qualification, Process Productivity, Equipment Downtime performance and Operation Cost for specific module.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Process Design and Development:
- Design and develop efficient production processes and systems.
- Conduct research to identify innovative technologies and methodologies to improve existing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of new processes.
2. Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Implement changes to optimize process parameters, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
- Monitor and adjust production variables to maintain optimal conditions.
3. Quality Assurance:
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure product consistency and reliability.
- Identify and resolve production issues that may affect product quality.
- Create and maintain quality standards and documentation.
4. Data Analysis and Monitoring:
- Collect and analyze data related to production processes to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and implement process improvements.
- Implement process control systems to monitor and adjust production in real-time.
5. Cost Management:
- Optimize processes to reduce production costs while maintaining product quality.
- Develop and manage budgets for process improvements and operational expenses.
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of process parameters, changes, and outcomes.
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to management and team members.
7. Continuous Improvement:
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Identify and lead process improvement projects to enhance overall efficiency and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement best practices and share knowledge.
Qualification & Experience:
Education Requirement:
Degree in Electronics / Electrical /Chemical/Mechanical Engineering
Min CGPA: 3.00
Additional Desirable Qualifications:
Practical experiences with all the equipment’s in die attach process.
Familiar with SPC, FMEA, DOE, TPM, OCAP, JMP, RCA, Control Plan, Working Instruction, Predictive Maintenance.
