Process Technician - Molding

Purpose Statement: To contribute to the efficient and high-quality production of Plexus products by skillfully performing assigned tasks, adhering to strict quality and safety standards. Through continuous learning and collaboration, I strive to optimize processes, identify and troubleshoot issues, and ultimately support Plexus\u0027s commitment to exceeding customer expectations.\n\nKey Job Accountabilities:\n\n * Executes Manufacturing solutions/ Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer\u0027s requirements and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.\n * Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.\n * Demonstrates a basic, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements \u0026 Specifications as it applies to their role.\n * Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus\u0027 Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.\n * Basic Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.\n\n\n\nEducation/Experience Qualifications:\n\n * Associate\u2019s Degree with 1 or more years of related experience is preferred.
