Procurement and Logistics Executive - Urgent

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient in both spoken & written Mandarin is a must
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations, import/export procedures, and logistics operations.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
•  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality standards.
• Optimize inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams for demand forecasting.
• Oversee logistics operations, including transportation and distribution.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain product standards.
• Analyze procurement and logistics costs to optimize spending.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align procurement with business plans.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
•  Identify and mitigate risks related to procurement and logistics activities.
