Procurement Executive Cum Buyer - Urgent Hiring

• Timely and accurate processing of Purchase Order and RFQ to supplier upon confirmation of material requisition.
• Perform site visit.
• Perform material sourcing activities, commercial negotiation, purchase verification, specification required and price comparison until it is being evaluated and finalized.
• Coordinate with project department on expediting and monitor on time delivery to project site.
• Ensure that relevant KPI and optimal purchases within allocated/approved budget price.
• To compile and collate reports & information related to order based on project code and provide summary to superior for monitoring purposes.
• Responsible to adhere to conformance to corporate ISO quality management system and coordinate improvement on processes on procurement department.
• Supervise and coordinate with Logistic department on control of receipt and acknowledgement of material.
• Review and process supplier claims on unsatisfactory materials upon feedback from project receiving QC department complaint.
• Supervise junior executive procurement processes and procurements records.
• Submit weekly report.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Negotiation, leadership, supplier management
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Willing to travel will be add as advantages.
