Procurement Executive (Mandarin Speaker) - Continuous Learning Opportunities

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and motivated Procurement Executive to join our team.

Job Description:

• Manage procurement activities not limited to sourcing, vendor evaluation & selection, price comparison, negotiation, PO creation & fulfilment and vendor performance.
• Performing vendor research and selection to enhance profitability, reducing operating costs and boosting efficiency. 
• Acquire quotations from suppliers/sub-contractors and assessment of quotations, negotiate and award of sub-contractors and suppliers, prepare and monitor material delivery schedule and wastage control.
• Monitoring on delivery of goods purchased as per date required to meet the timeline of the projects. 
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc function and related duties as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field is required.
• Experience in Contract Negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Preferably experience working in construction industry & renovation work
• Good verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Communication in Mandarin is an added advantage
