Assist superior to ensure smooth running of accessories and equipment purchasing related activities.
Ensure the timely delivery of quality products at the lowest possible cost.
Participates in the selection of suppliers based on criteria of price offered, quality of product/services and payment term application.
Conducts a comparative analysis on supplier prices.
Reviews and evaluates the performance of the suppliers.
Carries out all necessary procurement activities.
Assist superior to process new agreement or contract renewal.
To process monthly invoice received from suppliers.
To carry out any ad-hoc tasks that is being assigned.

Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
Fresh graduate or 1-3 years in Purchasing.
Preferably Mandarin speaking candidates.
