Job Description:
- Coordinate with suppliers on sourcing materials, price negotiation and delivery status.
- Responsible on purchasing requisitions, quotation enquiries, issuance of purchase order and invoicing.
- To coordinate with all related departments to achieve the plan target and schedule.
- To ensure and practice a proper filing system.
- To enquire and evaluate quotations from supplier
- Coordinate, monitor and follow up with supplier on time delivery
- Issue PO and maintain systematic filing of PO
- Matching invoice with DO & PO
- To perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors whenever necessary from time to time
Job Requirement:
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Professional Certificates or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, SQL system
- Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience in Construction Industry
- Good communication skills in English, Malay, Mandarin language for both spoken and written
- Ability to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
