Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process mainly for administrative and IT-related services/products in Singapore, and support other business when necessary.
• Manage the entire procurement project lifecycle, including requirements alignment, solution development, supplier sourcing, business negotiations, and service delivery.
• Handle daily procurement activities such as clear documentation, organized record updates, timely contract renewals, and vendor management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery and project execution.

• Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in procurement, with proven ability to independently lead and execute procurement projects.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with procurement systems and common office tools.
• Existing relationships with suppliers in Singapore, willingness to travel and undertake short-term assignments in Singapore is a strong advantage.
• Experience in procurement for renovation projects is will be considered a plus
