Procurement Executive - Unlimited Growth Potential

1. Source and update quotation for submitted requested items  
2. Negotiate pricing with suppliers
3. Coordinate with suppliers for delivery arrangement. Ensure delivery meets requestor required date. If not, report to related departments accordingly. 
4. Ensure material/goods purchased comply to all technical requirements 
5. Report and monitor non-conformance of ordered material and liaise with suppliers for solutions
6. Prepare procurement yearly report and Management review meeting reports
7. Update vendor performance evaluation report 
8. Participate in internal ISO audits 

Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
