Job Overview: We are seeking an accomplished and proactive Procurement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a section head, overseeing 3-5 companies within your section. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving successful procurement and operational activities, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily procurement and operational activities for the designated section.
• Oversee and monitor team performance, aligning goals with department Key Performance Parameters (KPP).
• Foster effective communication with internal, external, and local/regional stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Analyze, monitor, and manage material cost drivers, key input costs, index movements, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• Provide professional support to the team, including coaching, goal-setting, skill development evaluation, and talent development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager, demonstrating successful leadership in managing multiple companies or business units.
• Min Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Food Technology.
• Having min 10 years’ experience working as Procurement in Palm Oil Industry, Oil & Gas or Food Manufacturing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze material cost drivers, market trends, and key input costs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
