Procurement Execution

• Sourcing, selecting, negotiating with suppliers / vendors to constantly secure for the most competitive pricing while maintaining the highest level of quality, reliability and service.
• Coordinate and process Purchase Requisition Form (PRF) and subsequently prepare and obtain necessary approvals for Purchase Order (PO) 
• Maintain and update purchasing records/data i.e. update information on price, qualities, usual delivery time for each supplier and product.
• Responsible to ensure Maintain updated record of purchased product, delivery information and invoice.
• Continuously improve operations, adopt best procurement practices, streamline work processes, and work proactively with the various program and support departments.

Supplier/Vendor Management

• Ensure that all new suppliers are registered before any purchasing transaction is done.
• To maintain and update the List of Supplier.
• To conduct the supplier performance review and prepare evaluation report once a year.
• Keep track and supervise the data entry of supplier’s performance in order to be used for the suppliers’ evaluation process.
• Ensure proactive resolution of any vendor problems and/or related issues.

Policies, Procedures & Monitoring

• Continuously review, improve policies, procedures for all procurement related activities. 
• Educate and ensure awareness on right procurement process to all staff and management.
• Conduct assessment for any requirement on variation of procurement process during emergency or disaster response, while maintaining the organization compliance and governance.
• Responsible for any audit exercise for procurement related activities
