Procurement & Planning Executive - Urgent

1. Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors (including fabric supplier, tailors, accessories, machines etc)

2. Willing to travel overseas to visit and sourcing fabrics and their samples for approval (including any other products of the Company)

3. Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.

4. Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
5. Track and analyse current orders and plan for annual budget for all products. Conduct market research for all sale items of the Company

6. Support in house designers, tailors and sales team to meet requirements of Company and customers

7. Prepare catalogues and samples.

8. Prepare Purchase Order / Sales Contracts / Order forms for all orders.

9. Plan, assemble, and stock product displays in retail stores, or make recommendations to retailers regarding product displays, promotional programs, and advertising

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract (Junior & Senior position available)

Contract length: 36 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Application Question(s):

• 1.Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Admin, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent.

2.Strong & Good Communication skill (both written & verbal, ENGLISH & MALAY)

3. Can handle, solve spontaneous issues

4. Can work with minimum supervision

5. Good teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadline

Experience:

• Planning: 4 years (Required FOR SENIOR POSITION)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Required, INCLUSIVE TRAVEL overseas)
