Procurement Specialist

• Execute end to end procurement processes, from requisition to delivery.
  
• Lead business negotiations, contract management, and risk management.
  
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, including daily communication and performance reviews.
  
• Coordinate exception handling for delivery anomalies and quality issues.
  
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and ethical sourcing standards.
  
• Provide reporting on procurement KPIs, cost savings, and supplier performance.
  
  

Requirements

• Over 3 years of sourcing experience, with strong supplier development expertise.
  
• Proven procurement experience in the relevant product category.
  
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  
• Experience with SAP, SRM, OA systems, and proficiency in common office software.
  
• Ability to adapt to business trips and manage multiple priorities across global sites.
