Procurement Expediter/Buyer

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor the status of purchase orders and identify any potential delays in the procurement process.
• Communicate proactively with vendors to expedite the submission of required documents, such as invoices, certificates of compliance, and shipping documentation.
• Coordinate meetings between vendors and internal stakeholders to discuss order status, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of order status, communications with vendors, and any actions taken to expedite the procurement process.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 7 years procurement/buyer experiences in oil and gas industry.
• Fluent in Mandarin speaking as the role require you to coordinate with Chinese counterparts.
