Job Description

• Drive subcons delivery performance to meet company expectation/goal.
• Follow up with subcon monthly forecast committed cap allocation & negotiation.
• Manage subcons WIP & materials inventory.
• Build good relationship & partnership with subcons.
• Participate in system improvement activities.

Your New Roles:

1. Subcon Quotation & Price Review / Purchase Order / Invoice receipt /Payment process to ensure business/service continuity; Ensure the accuracy, completeness and clarity of the order/contract.
2. Understand and having knowledge in the semiconductor Subcon process and know well about the Subcon pricing
3. Manage procurement payment on time to ensure smooth business operation, liaison with vendor and coordination with BU owner for billing validation.
4. Assist procurement specialists in subcon data monitoring and data analysis, and generate regular category reports, department reports, BU reports.
5. Maintain Subcon contract and quotation Database, regularly update Subcon contract/Quotation status and information. Ensure database is completed, up-to-date and accurate.
6. Ad-hoc tasks assigned by procurement specialist.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• Preferable with supply chain planning experience with semiconductor manufacturing  background.
• Able to work & communicate well with  OSATs .
• Work independently with less supervision.  
• Agile in respond to change in timely manner. Recognize the situation, make decision & act with velocity.
• Willing to take challenge with positive attitude.
