Product Advisor / Retail Assistant (KL)

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum SPM and above
• 1-2 years of working experience in retail sales or related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of computer is a must
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
• Automotive detailing knowledge and skills (training will be provided)

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible in handling sales and customer service for the following platforms: Call-Ins, Walk-Ins, WhatsApp, Email, Social Media, E-commerce and Marketplaces
• Handle enquiries and actively engage customers by sharing product information, pricing of latest products and promotions both digitally and physically
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a purchase experience that is consistent with our brand image
• Keep records of sales activities, service qualities as well as customer satisfaction
• Perform product demonstration and product presentations to customers
