Job Description:

• Applies deep knowledge of one or more engineering domains to influence clients and stakeholders for achieving strategic objectives of engineering project(s)/program(s).

• Focus on material movement and commit TAT (turn around time) to meet customer/marketing deadline.

• Wearing strategic planning hat for short, mid and long term plan which align to business acumen.

• Contributes technical expertise to the development of new products, working with cross-functional teams across engineering disciplines such as, but not limited to, chemical, electrical, hardware, industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, process, software, and technology platforms and investigates technical roadblocks to help troubleshoot and drive results.

• Manages complex projects and programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation or upgrade of manufacturing systems/processes.

• Leads review with executives and department leads for large-scale programs, providing transparency into the health, risk, and financials of individual projects.

• Manages teams to the achievement of program level milestones and prioritizes deliverables to meet strategic needs.

• Drives and automated lab's indicator's, drive optimization and improvement project from indicator value.

• Oversees projects and/or programs that require business acumen as well as interaction and domain knowledge in one or more engineering areas such as QRE, logisitic, trade, supply chain, validation, manufacturing, and/or processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree engineering, or a related field with 1-3 years experience in similar field.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) 

• Good in microsoft office, especially Excel (modeling, pivot tables)
