- Lead Engineering team on new product/project development, ensure the project milestones are met according as planned.
- Plan, allocate and coordinate resources to ensure timely release of new products introduction/ product enhancement within the stipulated budget.
- Assure the new develop product meet objectives for manufacturability, quality, reliability, serviceability, localizability by working closely with other functional area.
- Ensuring that the appropriate quality controls and processes, including test plans, are in place before new product SOP.
- Lead Engineering team on VAVE ideas and implementation of new or current product that beneficial to the company and the customers
- Monitoring and ensure department’s KPI are met
- Monitoring departmental budget to ensure expenses within budgeted amount and proposed cost saving activities
- Requires to travel overseas & within Malaysia for meetings, courtesy visits, audits, or event at customers/ supplier’s place
- Managing multiple customer and product at the same time
