WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

1. Lead new project startup execution
2. Lead engineering change implementation
3. Lead new manufacturing process/material study and DOE such as procedures, control plans, specifications etc.
4. Support engineering issues investigation and solution
5. Support alternate part sourcing (technical)

WE WANT SOMEONE WHO:

• Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or any equivalent
• Experience in Chip On Board or PCBA environment is preferred.
• Good communication skills at all levels
• Good analytical skills
