What are we looking for?

An aspiring Product Manager who wants to build the roadmap. From day one, you'll be working directly on live API products, collaborating with engineers, business, and operations - and seeing your work ship to real clients, with whom you'll have direct conversations. This is a full-time position, either based in Kuala Lumpur or Singapore, reporting to Head of Product.

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver new features and enhancements to our API products in accordance with business development needs and engineering feasibility
• Ensure bug resolution to ensure customer delight
• Serve as cross-functional liaison, internally working closely with all departments: business development, engineering, operations and communications
• Manage test data and scenarios for our sandbox environment to maintain quality control
• Conduct regular data analysis and data mapping exercises that will serve as the basis of many of our product innovations
• Lead monthly product reviews internally and client reviews quarterly to strive towards continuous improvement

• Strong academic background in engineering, business, or comparable experience
• Literacy on the financial services and technology industries; knowledge of the payments space and APIs
• Strong analytical skills, creative, detail-oriented, and solid problem-solving skills; comfort with generating data-driven insights
• Versatility and openness to learn new skills and use new tools in service of entrepreneurial solutions
• Project management experience
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and business audience
• Proficiency in deck-building, data storytelling/ visualization, and/or structuring databases
• Familiarity with common Fintech tools/software (Jira, Postman, CRM, CMS, Tableau, etc.)
• Basic code literacy (comfort translating product features to logical rules compatible with coding)

• Must have authorization to work; no visa sponsorship will be provided
