Product Manager / Assistant Product Manager (Healthcare) - Join a Market Leader

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and conduct training to product advisors, sales team & retailers in order to equip them with proper knowledge to improve product recommendation and selling.
• Coordinate with all advertisements and promotional activities.
• Prepare press releases and produce product write-up and marketing collaterals to promote and drive awareness of the products.
• Develop effective point of sales materials such as consumer leaflets, detailing kits, wobblers, posters and etc as support to the sales team.
• Participate proactively in current and new product development.
• Plan and organize events and activities.
• Review and analyse sales performance of newly launched products.
• Attending to customers’ enquiries with value added advice on a timely manner.
• Undertake any relevant duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in dietetics / nutrition / pharmacy  or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experiences specializing in HEALTHCARE / MEDICAL line.
• The ideal candidate should be self-driven, hard-worker and with an ambition to grow within the company.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong decision-making and problem solving skills with ability to work independently.
• People management and leadership strengths.
