Product Manager (Household & Personal Care) - Innovative Company

Job Responsibilities:

Product Development

• Develop category strategies and manage product development from ideation to commercialization, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Handle costing, pricing, regulatory compliance, market trends, and supplier management to develop new products.

Product Management

• Monitor and analyze sales and inventory for current and new products/brands.
• Plan and execute monthly promotions and campaigns, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensure project objectives are met within budget and manpower constraints.
• Lead marketing activities and collaborate with key stakeholders.
• Develop budgets, implement cost-reduction initiatives, and maintain healthy product margins.
• Provide training and sales briefs, and develop team talent.

Job Requirements:

• Professional Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related discipline
• 7 - 10 years of relevant experience, including team leadership
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines; team player with a mature attitude
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and results-driven
• Strong analytical and marketing skills, with an understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor intelligence
• Self-motivated with good time management, able to meet tight deadlines
• Preferably experienced in household cleaning products, water or air purification, beauty, personal care, skincare, fragrance, cosmetics, R&D, product development, and formulation/ingredient understanding
