As the primary logistics contact internally, Production Operations steers the daily workflow activities within the factory, managing operations processes and people to achieve a quality output. Focused on achieving the required level of production on an hour-to-hour, daily, monthly and yearly basis, we oversee the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations. To do this, we work with a range of internal teams, including Operations, Logistics, Distribution and IT.

What you’ll achieve

As a Production Operations Specialist you will assists Production Manager to monitor production lines and identify areas for efficiency and improvements. Recommend and implement process improvements that will improve productivity. You will also work with engineering and production assembly team to ensure that all products are in tip top condition before shipping out to customers.

You will:

  Support the scaling up of processes from pilot/testing phase to full-scale production.



• 
  

  Analyse production data to identify bottlenecks, waste or inefficiencies.



• 
  

  Regularly presents production performance results and status updates to operation leaders and engineering team.



• 
  

  Addresses critical area that may impact production capacity as well as productivity.



• 
  

  Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects

Essential Requirements

• 
  

  Degree in electricity, engineering or computer-related field.



• 
  

  Minimum one year in electricity/networking, computing experience



• 
  

  Ability to work in a collaborative team environment



• 
  

  Strong communication skills with some leadership skills

Desirable Requirements

• 
  

  Some process engineering background or experience



• 
  

  Able to work shift or late call.
