Product Specialist (Medical Device) - Northern - Urgent Role

1.Territorial/ Channel Sales & Collections Achievement
•Ensure optimal execution of plans of action (POA), field tactics program and territory plans.
•Regularly review achievement of territory/channel sales & collections against targets and initiate appropriate actions to ensure performance is in line with objectives
•Ensure enlistment of newly launched and key products in clinics by planned date

2.Territorial/ Channel Business Planning
•Conduct SWOT analysis of market/competitors to identify district business opportunities
•Develop territory/channel Business Plan based on key objectives and allocate resources (e.g. coaching time, budget) for optimal sales impact
•Monitor district business plan to ensure resources are directed to territories, and customers of greatest potential
 

3.Customer Focus and Service
•Maintain contact and relationship with key accounts/customers
•Territory/Channel customer database and target segmentation updated continuously
•Medical Representative’s monitored to deliver core promotional messages within approved detail aids and in line with POA
•Comply with DCH Auriga’s Code of Conduct
 

4.After Sales Administration
•Submit territory/channel Monthly Reports commenting on deviations from Business Plan and intended actions to align performance with plan.
•Monthly reports to ensure relevance and implementation of intended actions
