Responsibilities:

Support our sales team in performing home test, including home sleep studies and CPAP trials.
Get hands-on with advanced test equipment and assist in the setup and preparation for home sleep studies and CPAP trials.
Play a crucial role in executing flawless home sleep studies and CPAP trials, following state-of-the-art protocols and guidelines.
Empower patients by providing comprehensive instructions on the proper use of sleep study equipment and CPAP devices.
Capture and record accurate data during home sleep studies and CPAP trials, utilizing the latest digital tools and technologies.
Create an exceptional customer experience by delivering top-notch service and support to clients throughout the testing process.
Collaborate with the sales team to analyse test results and provide valuable insights and recommendations.
