Responsibilities

Prepare schedule, record and report for meeting purpose
Support and assist Production Admin Executive in documentation, follow up contractor quotation and Customer Purchase Order
Manage worker attendance and hygiene facilities record
Support in daily filing, documentation and recording
Prepare stock take tag, item list and support cycle counts
Post production daily report into ERP system
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirement

Minimum SPM or Diploma holder
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
Good communication and interpersonal skills
