Production Assistant (Batching)

MFM is one of the major poultry integrators in poultry feeds, breeding, farming with a state-of-the-art processing facility across the poultry value chain. Designed to meet the domestic and international markets, the advanced facility will process up to 300,000 birds per day.

• Operate and schedule the batching process according to SOPs, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor, maintain, and clean batching machinery and area for smooth operations, collaborating with the engineering team for routine maintenance.
• Ensure correct flour loading into tankers and storage bins for proper production.
• Accurately record and monitor production data.
• Comply with all safety procedures, food safety standards (HACCP, FSSC, Halal), and ISO 22000 guidelines.
• Supervise staff and ensure tasks are performed according to SOPs for efficient operations.

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 1 year experience.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Good Teamwork and attitude.
• This position based in Pasir Gudang
