Production Controller - Hiring Immediately

Job Summary

Oversees, directs and leads production operations for manufacturing sections, coordinate production staffs and equipment to ensure the quality and efficiency in productions.

General Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, direct, execute production orders and plans to achieve production goals.
• Close monitoring production orders and status.
• Work with production teams to ensure cost effectiveness, quality and on-time delivery.
• Monitor and ensure final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
• Liaise with purchasing and production planning personnel.
• Update, prepare and analyze production reports.
• Manage and motivate production employees to achieve company goals

Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge in manufacturing processes
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good verbal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Education: SMP/ Diploma/ Degree in Electronic/ Electrical Engineering

Work Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role. Experience in the cable and wire harness industry will be an advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Junior and senior positions are available.
