Production Engineers 

Location: Prai, Penang

Job Type: Full-Time

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor the mill's performance.
• Supervising production team and task delegation.
• Monitor the plant's cleanliness.
• To ensure all the production control documents are implemented accordingly to ISO standard.
• To review and enhance the existing processes to maximize the efficiency of the process. 
• Addressing any bottlenecks or issues within the production.
• Plan preventive maintenance for plant.
• Monitor the productivity of production team, materials and equipment to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Ensure that employees in the production department adhere to the standard operating procedure (SOP) and uphold all health and safety procedure.
• To perform any other production related duties and responsibilities assigned by Superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong leadership abilities and interpersonal skills
