Production Engineer

Production, Planning & Scheduling (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

1.Responsible for the planning and organizing production schedules

2.Assessing project and resource requirements.

3.Ensuring that health and safety regulations are meet.

5.Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials

6.Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

7.Liaising with Procurements, Business Development staffs

8.Responsible direct supervision of production as well as meeting safety,

quality and customer service goals.

9.Responsible for Production Planning, scheduling, and estimating

timescales with Plant Manager to meet project delivery timeline.

10.Strong leadership skills to lead production team in a fast paced and

11.Monitor product standards and implementing quality-control standards

and programs.

12.Initiate problem-solving and trouble-shooting processes so as to reduce

the production related problems and delays.

13.Enhance cost controls and productivity by minimizing down time,

14.Generate production reports, update specifications and work

15.Organizing relevant training sessions for production personnel (i.e.

Engineer, Executive, Supervisor, operator and general worker)

pertaining to their works and produce efficiency workforce.

16.Inculcate positive working attitude among workers, motivate them and

17.To study and analyze results, prepare accurate management reports.

18.Plant tools and facilities upkeep, report damage or suggest purchase

whenever required.

19.Liaise with other departments to streamline the day-to-day organizational

operation.

20.Carrying out any other duties delegated by the superior from time to time.
