We are principally involved in manufacturing of optical inspection, measurement & automated handling equipment.
In line with the business expansion, we are currently seeking a motivated candidate to fill up the vacancy of Production Engineer.
Responsibilities:-
- Plan, run and monitor project/machine assembly progress based on schedule and orders.
- Plan production work for supervisors / technicians in production.
- Train new technician on electrical assembly.
- Assist Production Manager in production & electrical related documentation in production.
- Ensure sufficient resources of manpower, material, machinery, methods and utilized it efficiently to support scheduled plan
- Ensure production progress meet delivery date and fulfil customer order requirement with quality assurance.
- Liaise and communicate with different departments regarding processes quality and technical issue.
- Ensure proper documentation.
- Diagnose problem and customize solutions in reducing downtime, cost and maximum the productivity.
- Ensure good housekeeping in production area.
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Requirement:-
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering only.
- Candidate with 3 years of Semiconductor Machine Assembly experience will be an added advantages.
- Candidate must have basic alignment skill.
- Possess strong analytical skill, able to interact with all levels.
- Fresh graduate or Senior Production Engineer is welcome to apply.
