- Direct and coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing plant including arrangement of manpower at site (discipline and counselling to worker)
- Responsible for daily output, yield, rejection, stock. shipment and process improvement
- Responsible for new product development and trial include raw material, machineries and production trial and report
- Prepare the proposal, report on new project and related to new product, DOE, BOMBA and DOSH issue
- Perform any other task and assignment assign from management
