About Our Client

Our client is an established MNC in the glove industry. They are currently expanding and looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join them.

Job Description

Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in customer demand or production issues.
Coordinate with procurement and inventory departments to ensure the availability of raw materials.
Monitor and evaluate production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
Identify and troubleshoot production problems, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Supervise and manage production staff, providing training and guidance to improve performance.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
Implement quality control procedures and monitor production output for defects.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any quality issues.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
Monitor and coordinate inventory levels with supply chain team to ensure that production needs are met without excessive stock.
Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on production performance, including output, efficiency, and quality.
Present production performance reports to senior management.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in production or manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of technical engineering knowledge with maintenance and inspection skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
