Production Executive

Production, Planning & Scheduling (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and other relevant departments to ensure accurate production forecasting.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed quality standards.
• Work closely with the QA/QC team to address any quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and optimize the use of manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve production targets efficiently.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
• Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase overall productivity.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and other best practices.
• Uphold and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
• Conduct regular safety training and promote a safety-conscious culture among production staff.
• Lead and motivate the production team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
• Schedule and oversee routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Generate regular reports on production performance, including key metrics, efficiency, and any challenges encountered.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage and monitor your own department workers (i.e. attendance, appraisal, disciplinary issues, etc.)
• Any Ad-Hoc tasks assigned by management. 
• Willing to travel to different branches for checking and understanding production.
