Production Executive - Continuous Learning Opportunities

• Collaborate with Production Manager to create production schedules and workflows.
• Ensure that production plans align with company goals, budgets, costing and shipment timelines.
• Allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet production demands.
• Optimize resource utilization to minimize waste and production costs.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high production standards and meet customer requirement
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and rectify defects or discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and motivate production teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Provide guidance, training, and coaching to team members.
• Ensure that production processes adhere to safety regulations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee inventory control.
• Manage stock levels to prevent overstock or shortages.
• Foster effective communication between production teams and other departments.
• Generate daily, weekly, monthly reports on production progress, issues, and achievements for management.
• Address and resolve production-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Investigate and troubleshoot any disruptions or delays in production.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Mechanical / mechatronic Engineering,
• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing role, with increasing responsibilities.
• Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications will be priority
• Experience in HACCP, GMP, HALAL will be added advantage
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in production planning and management software.
• Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
