Production Executive - Food Manufacturing - Join a Market Leader

Responsible for the daily production activity and ensure all process comply to: 

Safety

1. Ensure work place is in a safe condition. (No water, no oil, no broken plug, no exposed wire)
2. Ensure PPEs are worn at all time, and the whole team follows.
3. Escalate to Maintenance & Superior. Need to follow up. 

Quality

1. Follow GMP when in Production / Processing area. Ensure operators  & Line Leaders follow.
2. Ensure raw materials are weighed, the weight and batch code are recorded.
3. Ensure BCF forms a filled in correctly, on a timely manner. 
4. Ensure batch code and expiry date printed on the product is clear and correct.
5. Ensure no leaking, no product damage.
6. Clean and also supervise cleaning in overall line. 
7. After cleaning, ensure;
   1. No food deposit on the machine, conveyor and floor.
   2. No oil stains on the machine, conveyor and floor.
   3. All containers, tables or trays have been washed.
   4. Floor is dry.

Output

1. Ensure finished good is packed into bags and basket correctly.
2. Ensure every basket is weighed, and the amount is recorded, accurately.
3. Ensure product is enough, before stop production.
4. Don’t overproduce. 
5. Ensure all machines are in working condition. Highlight to maintenance or superior.

Moral

1. Ensure operator is aware of the operation hour, and if need overtime must inform the operators.
2. Inform supervisor on operator’s absenteeism. With or without must still run lines to complete the plan.
