Production Executive - Urgent Hire

Job Responsibilities: -

• Planning and strategies to increase the production productivity by conducting machinery maintenance, optimize manpower utilization and reduce production wastage.
• Ensure and verify the efficiency of production goods are being produced with the right quantity, quality and cost.
• To verify on-line quality control to ensure products made are within the established quality specifications.
• To inspect and ensure all incoming, consumption, waste and return items been reported with correct updated information into check sheet, RfGen or JDE system as required.
• To ensure good safety, hygiene and housekeeping practices according BRC and HACCP requirement.
• Drive production team to produce goods on time in order to meet the customer’s demand.
• To train, develop and motive new joining and existing Process/ Packaging Supervisor to achieve high performance standards.
• Enforce all subordinates are following the stipulated procedure that has been established or assign by superior.
• To initiate problem solving and troubleshooting processes to reduce process & production related problems and delays.
• Direct supervise the Production Supervisors/ Leaders in order he/ she accomplished their responsibilities on daily and all job assigned by superior.
• Repeatedly inspecting whole production area of the facility and understanding the process which carry maintain accordingly. Corrective and improvement action for good of operation shall be implemented with discuss and agreement from superior.
• Good inventory management by implementing good procedures and practices for materials receiver, withdrawing, returning and system updating in compliance to the organization standards and to have flawless operation sequences. 
• Ensure all material necessary for production operation is within acceptable level.
• To maintain good harmonious relationships between superior, peers and subordinates.
• Responsible for traceability of the work orders.
• To perform any other job/function that may be assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements: -

• Degree in Food Science / Mechanical Engineering or any other related Engineering discipline.
• 1 year working experience in similar function, preferably from food manufacturing industry.
• Equipped with computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & etc).
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and BRC
• Knowledge of Pure Water Generations & Waste Water Treatment. 
• Willing to work in shift when required. 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
