Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist manager in daily operation 
• Able to manager task delegation for staff
• Monitor production productivity
• Able to manage & organize manpower & staff work ethic
• Able to identify potential risk at workplace
• Understand product specification
• Able to operate machine and understand machine setting
• Able to understand SOP 
• Comply with all the safety requirement as per company policy

Qualifications: 

• Experience in production operation
• Have QC knowledge
