Production Integrator

Responsible for the efficient management of production resources, equipment, personnel and materials. Ensure safety measures are procedures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents and hazards. Developing/maintaining a viable plan incorporating hiring, training, capacity-modeling, efficiency/yield assumptions, ramp-rate, learning-curve etc. Ensure production process is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures. Works with EHS to establish targets and identify significant environmental impacts of BS Penang operations. Candidate required to process at least bachelor degree in any related field. At least more than 5-year experience in manufacturing environment in related field. Able to drive the core team in meeting departmental goals and objectives Skill: Have knowledge in quality management system Experience in medical industries will be an added advantage
