BROMMA sales and service network has a wide-reaching footprint. We are present with own sales offices on all continents, and with an extensive network of agents, we are able to support customers in every country in the world.

Support and develop defined sections of operations and assembly to achieve quality, safety and maximum utilization of equipment, materials and labor.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of analysts to ensure adherence to production schedule.
• Utilize SAP to analyse production data. Extract relevant insights for trend identification, inefficiencies and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with teams for process optimization and enhancement.
• Provide training and guidance on best practices of process enhancement and usage of SAP.
• Promote a practice of continuous improvement and empower team members to contribute.
• Coordinate design changes on ongoing orders to relevant stakeholders promptly.
• Responsible in providing defect resolution for SAP functional issues
• Conduct regular performance evaluation on subordinates.
• Ensure routing are completed on time
• Ensure routing are set at the right locations
• Manage the sub ordinate for both plants Eco’s are being update accordingly
• Ensure continuous improvements is being carried out to improve process.
• Meeting the KPI set.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

What you’ll need to succeed

Education

• Minimum Degree related to operations or systems

Experience

• 3 to 5 years working experience in SAP.
• Experience in steel fabrication industries is an added advantage

Skills

• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Commitment.
• Team Work
• SAP Knowledge in routing added advantage
• Good leadership skills
• Able to communicate in Malay and English
• Knowledge of ISO 9001-2000
