PRODUCTION MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - Start Immediately

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• To repair any necessary faulty machine parts.
• To complete and record the monthly maintenance checklist.
• To create SOP and workflow for production Maintenance.
• Routine inspection of all machinery as per the schedule and non-scheduled maintenance.
• Sustain the machine in good condition and the uptime of the equipment, meeting the operational goals of uptime and cost.
• Responsible to day-to-day machinery maintenance and repair works including monitoring, troubleshoot, preventive, calibration of equipment and corrective maintenance.
• Support production activities at all times by ensuring minimum response times to equipment breakdowns and achievement of equipment availability targets.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors on works according to schedule maintenance, repair, shut down and overhaul works.
• Able to provide simple report on downtime and ensure action follow up to prevent recurrence of breakdowns.
• Ensure all documentation and data is complete, accurate and current.
• Keep track of spare part and inventory usage to maintain spare part/inventory control.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices in the production and maintenance support areas.
• Respond to emergency calls for any troubleshooting required at factory.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• Candidate must possess minimum certificate or Diploma in electrical / mechanical qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years recent, relevant technical skills.
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English, Malay & Mandarin Language.
• Can work with minimum supervision and independent.
• Self-discipline with good attendance.
• Good team player and good communication skill.
• Willing to Work in Pulau Indah, Pelabuhan Klang.
