Production Manager - Excellent Benefits Package

Responsible & accountable for:

• Operations
• Workers & Factory Safety
• Machine, equipment & facility
• Toolings
• 5S
• Develop and initiate tactical plans to resolve on-going operational issues and follow through with breakthrough and continuous improvement ideas/ actions.
• Establish strong rapport and coordination with all support staff of respective functional units/ departments in order to effectively manage key operational or business-related issues.
• Co-ordinate to ensure effective of operation of each department.
• Production forecast.
• Establish key direction of each operation.
• Perform special project for improving product performance, cost and delivery.
• Prepare statistical reports on manufacturing activities, production targets and achievements.
• Responsible as Product Safety Officer (PSO) lead the Product Safety in the company. 
• To ensure RBA, Supplier Code of Conducts requirements are being met.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 8 years’ working experience in manufacturing industry.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operation or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of lean Manufacturing, Process Variation Reduction (Six Sigma) concepts, ISO 90001, IAFT 16949 and/ or ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
• Experience knowledge of ISO certification.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, to handle a heavy workload, to prioritize work, and to meet assigned deadlines.
