Production Manager - Urgent

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of PVC product production.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of production orders.
• Supervise shift staff and ensure their safety.
• Implement and maintain factory safety protocols.
• Assist in the implementation of ISO 9001 quality management system and documentation.
• Maintain standards compliance for all products.
• Manage stock of raw materials.
• Organize and execute annual maintenance schedules.
• Establish and maintain a maintenance logbook.
• Record and manage spare parts inventory for machinery.
• Ensure accuracy and readiness of container loading/unloading and deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness of production area and machinery.
• Report monthly raw material usage and shift production figures.
• Provide monthly production output reports to management.
• Exercise overall control over factory personnel.

Qualifications:

• Minimum tertiary education.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a related field.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficiency in operating standard office equipment and computer systems.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills.
• Positive and proactive attitude towards work.
