We enable Lam Research to deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency while supporting resilient and profitable growth.\n\nAs a Master Scheduler in this global role, you\u0027ll play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless flow of production by creating and maintaining detailed schedules. Your strategic foresight and precision will help align site schedules with company objectives, mitigate potential disruptions, and optimize resource allocation. By collaborating with various function heads and project managers, you\u0027ll forecast product needs and adjust schedules to meet dynamic industry demands. Your efforts will ensure scheduling adherence and maintain comprehensive records. By collaborating with global team members, you will align, support, and drive global planning best practices, ultimately enhancing efficiency and productivity across the organization.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nAs a Master Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective scheduling of production activities across our global operations. This role is responsible for translating build plans into executable system schedules, maintaining schedule integrity through execution. You will work closely with cross\u2011functional stakeholders and international teams to create, monitor, and adjust production schedules as business conditions evolve. Through strong attention to detail, analytical rigor, and organizational skills, you will help ensure smooth execution of production processes, proactively identify risks, and support data\u2011driven decision making on a global scale. This position requires a balance of hands\u2011on execution, coordination, and strategic problem\u2011solving, contributing directly to operational stability, scalability, and overall supply chain performance.\n\n * Develop and maintain global production schedules by translating customer demand, inventory positions, and capacity constraints into executable schedules across multiple sites. Adjust schedules as priorities, demand, or resource availability change.\n * Coordinate with global, cross\u2011functional teams (Order Execution, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics) to ensure schedules are aligned with material readiness, manufacturing capability, and delivery commitments.\n * Monitor production progress against schedules, proactively identifying risks, delays, or bottlenecks, and driving corrective actions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.\n * Manage and communicate schedule and configuration changes effectively across regions and time zones, ensuring timely, clear updates to stakeholders to minimize disruption and execution risk.\n * Maintain scheduling systems and tools, ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable data within planning and execution platforms to support downstream processes and reporting.\n * Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to enhancements in scheduling processes, tools, and execution discipline to improve global planning accuracy and operational performance.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s degree with 3-8 years of related experience\n * Strategic thinking with the ability to translate plans into executable outcomes\n * Sound decision\u2011making and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment\n * Critical thinking to anticipate issues and prevent downstream impact\n * Ability to deliver results within timelines and evolving constraints\n * Adaptability to changing business needs and demand volatility\n * Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills\n * Fluent English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing, listening)\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n * Semiconductor industry experience\n * Strong sense of business urgency and priority awareness\n * Experience working in global or multi\u2011site planning environments\n * Knowledge of CPIM (Certified in Planning \u0026 Inventory Management) via APICS \n * Knowledge of CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) via APICS.\n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
