Production Strategy Specialist

Looking for a Specialist to lead cost optimization, yield improvement, and strategic manufacturing initiatives for semiconductor products, ensuring smooth production ramp-up and sustained cost competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive cost-down and cost-avoidance strategies across product lines.

• Analyze manufacturability of new product designs.

• Lead yield stabilization and optimization during ramp-up and mass production.

• Manage yield improvement and manufacturing strategy projects.

• Address production issues and customer complaints through problem-solving teams.

• Lead 8D / focus teams to resolve manufacturing or quality challenges.

• Act as project lead for technology/product transfer initiatives.

• Develop and implement analytical methods and tools for product ramp-up success.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field.

• 3 - 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or supply chain.

• Strong knowledge of IC processes and power device technologies.

• Expertise in Frontend and Backend manufacturing strategies.

• Cross-functional process knowledge (e.g., PE, R&D, QM, subcontractors).

• Experience in managing complex projects and high-level taskforces.

• Proficiency with data analysis, Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus.

• Familiarity with 8D problem-solving and manufacturing economics.
