Penerangan Pekerjaan - Production Supervisor

Plan and execute production loading according to priority set by planner.
Ensure material needed for production is available prior schedule.
Conduct daily production briefing to create awareness on operator in term of quantity and quality.
Ensure Total Preventive Maintenance(TPM) of machine is carried on.
Monitor operation scanning in ERP system to ensure data accuracy.
To attend quality issue if any.
To lead team in housekeeping and 5S in line.
Review condition of part during scrap activities to ensure no over reject is recorded.
To ensure closure of Manufacturing Order on time.
To track absentism and overtime trend and report to direct superior for further action
To perform inventory take to ensure stock accuracy.
Investigate and participate together in problem solving on quality issue.
